It lasted only one day and crackers from ViTALiTY released the proper cracked version of new space simulator Genesis Rising: The Universal Crusade. Guys from EA Sports probably rushed out the release of Tiberium Wars a bit so you can already download a first patch just one day after its release date. The good part is they care about the players at least. This update 1.1 was already cracked by HATRED, so you shouldn’t have any problems patching it. Apart from common cracked patches, this one contains only the crack, and you need to update through in-game updater.

One would never say that such a complex game with an enormous game world as TES4: Oblivion needs an expansion. Jesus, these riddiculous repack wars continue. And I would never say that group as Fairlight could move it to the next stage by doing 3 releases of 1 game, where two of them got nuked. I do not download crappy games, but tell this to someone who decided to download the first “Meet The Robinsons DVD-FLT” and now ended with two more releases from the same group. The game itself isn’t anything special either, it was released just to earn few extra bucks from children’s parents together with the same-titled Disney’s movie. The release of such a major title as S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl brought us also some emotions from release groups. The situation was little complicated: Unleashed released their EmuDVD at yesterday’s evening. All was working, but many people waited for the cracked version. And this was also published, few hours later by group Vitality. Then, some sites marked this release as nuked, because of non-working crack. So HATRED came on the scene with another release, the Proper of Vitality’s one. The thing was that the crack turned out to work pretty fine, so this proper wasn’t needed. Finally, Vitality released a nice NFO entitled as “Note for retards” where they cleared up the whole situation. Quite a funny reading :).

HATRED’s NFO:

Well, well… STALKER got released as clone from Unleashed (who
have had their own share of problems lately) and only a few hours
later ViTALiTY managed to release the ISO. Impressive, almost too
good to be true… and guess what… it was…

First of all we want to stress that we don’t like to proper
because the whole NFO-wars is really not helping the scene. We
have tolerated much from ViTALiTY… First they did some SecuROM
cracks where all the essential hard-to-rebuild code was not
reconstructed but rather just stolen from an executable with a
weaker protection (Battlestations.Midway-ViTALiTY) and later we
witness a giant 8 MB executable that was UPXed and PE-Sections
renamed to hide this embarrassing fact. We really had to restrain
ourselves to witness them label this as a “fully rebuilt crack”
(Supreme.Commander.Update.1.0.3217-ViTALiTY). We reacted to none
of these insults in public. But this time ViTALiTY has gone too
far.

We all know that STALKER is a major title and it came as a
surprise to us how weak a flavor of SecuROM is on it. In fact
there is only 1 spot where SecuROM have molested the original
code, otherwise its a simple matter of dumping fixing entry
point (which is a task any baboon can manage). We like to keep an
eye on the competition so we examined this crack from ViTALiTY,
and we were shocked at the low-quality of cracking ViTALiTY is now
ready to release.

Like we stated earlier we don’t like to proper unless there is a
good reason, but ViTALiTY has really been pushing trying to see
what sorts of crap they could get away with and it seems ViTALiTY
themselves have not been hesitating to proper RELOADED for
screw-ups much smaller than this.

Well we hope you have all learned something and STALKER is really
too big a title to let the world only have the improper crack. The
last thing we want is to escalate a silly NFO-war in the scene but
ViTALiTY is really insulting all hardworking crackers in the scene
by releasing such crap as if it was proper work. I promise you
anyone who knows even a tiny bit about cracking will understand
that this is a completely amateurish and unacceptable
cracking-technique to simply disable a routine instead of
rebuilding it. If their executable runs reliably it is PURE LUCK!
So please ViTALiTY take a little time to research, develop your
techniques and then start releasing again.

Response from ViTALiTY:

Looks like HATRED couldn’t stand the fact that they are getting
owned by others on SecuROM 7. Anyone could easily have copied
that function -HATRED shows by the other executable in the
dedicated folder in the game dir.

The function we removed only showed a MessageBox when the pagefile
is not big enough. We thought it would be better to make the
exe run anyway. The stolen function does nothing else.

Therefor the -HATRED release is an invalid proper.

Besides that HATRED cannot crack those functions themselves
(Test Drive Unlimited has the same shit) they also claim
that our Supreme Commander is bad because its UPXED?
What is wrong with that? It’s only a PE compressor! All FLT
cracks have it. And why would they mention this?
Simply beause they cannot crack the normal SecuROM 7.31
themselves. We are not making this up. The HATRED cracker
said it himself to some guy who spreaded the information.

Another fact is that HATRED also releases some crap releases
they cannot crack under QUARTEX. HATRED blaims us for using
executables that are weak protected and they do this..

So HATRED, go back where you came from (DEViANCE that is :))

Guys from Reloaded finally released something at least a bit decent. After the clone from no group, this is the fully working cracked version of this tennis simulation.
